FINDING YOUR WAY TO, AND AROUND CHEESE DAYS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SHUTTLE BUS PARK AND RIDE

Cheese Days will again be offering the Park and Ride Shuttle from Wal-Mart and Shopko parking lots. Guests can avoid the congestion downtown and park at either of those locations, and then ride the school bus downtown to be dropped off near the municipal parking ramp. Hours of school bus shuttle operation are: Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, and Sunday 9 am – 7 pm, with buses departing every half hour. This shuttle also makes stops at the Historic Cheesemaking Center.

New this year is an additional shuttle Park and Ride stop at the Green County Fairgrounds on Saturday only. Park on nearby streets and board the bus at the intersection of 9th Street and 25th Avenue, OR at the East Gate. On Sunday, mainly for the convenience of our camping guests, this shuttle will make one pick-up at 10 am and one drop-off at 4 pm. Sunday does not include park and ride, as the area is already full with cars for the parade. Local residents from the fairgrounds neighborhood are welcome to walk to the pick-up stop on Sunday.
A $1 donation is appreciated from each rider.

SWISS POSTAUTO BUS TROLLEY
Once at the festival grounds downtown, guests are invited to ride Tony Zgraggen’s authentic postauto bus. On Saturday from 10 am – 6 pm, this trolley route includes stops at the municipal parking ramp, Minhas Craft Brewery, Turner Hall, and the Arts and Crafts Fair near the Middle School. Hours for Sunday are 9 am – noon. Look for the red trolley signs.

Donations are appreciated.
