See how you measure up to cows & other farm animals, “milk a cow” & learn what they eat & drink, “crop boxes,” pedal tractor riding course, milk mustaches & fun for kids of all ages. Near Library. NATIONAL HISTORIC CHEESEMAKING CTR.-Guided tours on the hour showcasing the legacy of cheesemaking industry. Discover equipment & treasures of the past. MINHAS CRAFT BREWERY-"Oldest in the Midwest" with brewing tradition since 1845, home of Huber Bock. Beer samples & Blumer's old-fashioned Root Beer in the Lazy Mutt Lounge. “HEART OF CHEESE DAYS” Exhibit & Sales-Experience the Old World culture that gave rise to Cheese Days. Swiss folk artisans in action, artifact & heritage displays, treats & folk art items for sale. Presented by Monroe Swiss Singers at Turner Hall. FREE ADMISSION WITH A 2010 CHEESE DAYS BUTTON. Tram Stop. (10 am-3 pm)

KID’S ARTS & IMAGINATION STATION-See Friday, PLUS-More today: live entertainment for kids & families throughout the day - music, skits, dancing & sing-alongs. (10 am-7 pm)

CHEESE CITY XTREME RADIO CONTROL RACING CLUB (offsite) – Registration starting at 8 am. Racing will go on all day finishing up around dusk. The outdoor track is located next to the SLICE building at 1632 4th Ave West (near Badger Ethanol). Free admission for spectators. 100 to 200 expected to compete - these are high end radio control cars and trucks that are capable of 60+ miles per hour and can get as high as 30 feet in the air off the jumps at the track. (10 am – dusk)

OLD WORLD CHEESEMAKING DEMONSTRATION-veteran cheesemakers create a 200-pound wheel of Swiss cheese the old fashioned way in a giant copper kettle. Take a turn stirring with the “Swiss harp.” Narrated presentation with John Bussman, leader of this demo at our festival since 1970! North of Courthouse. (noon-4 pm)

GREEN COUNTY 4-H DOG AGILITY DEMONSTRATION - On 16th Ave. near the Library. Watch as 4-H handlers work together with their dogs to navigate an obstacle course in a race for both time and accuracy. Dogs run off-leash with no food or toys as incentives, and the handler can touch neither dog nor obstacles. Handler's controls are limited to voice, movement, and various body signals. See beginner, intermediate and advanced teams - with each level adding new equipment and course challenges. (3pm)

Clowns, bands, stilt walkers, floats, jugglers, horses, Wacky Wheeler, Klement’s Racing Sausages, Bucky Badger and the UW Madison Marching Band! Vote for your favorite entry to win “People’s Choice Award.” (Entry forms at INFO BOOTH & in Parade Program). Parade starts from Fairgrounds at 12:30 pm.
